This has been a frustrating spring for me. I am not sure if it is my age or if my body is just changing. But I can't get my weight down, my blood sugar is getting better but still not where it should be. One of the things I am really frustrated with is just how tired I am. I remember my Dad always sleeping on the couch in the evenings, I am finding myself doing the same. I don't want to feel this tired, I am determined it is my health and how I am eating. So it it is time for a more bold move.
Over the years I have heard that eating 5-6 small meals every day rather than eating 3 big meals is better for our health and especially for diabetics. I am not sure but I thought it was time to give it a try. But as I was reading about this, I came across a company that builds a program and food around this. I decided to give it a try and see if it will make a difference.
This company uses the basis of a coach as the person driving it. They have a line of products that fit within my macros. Less meal prep will probably help me hit 6 meals a day. It is always good to have someone on your side helping you through your struggles. That is why I write this blog, but I am currently not trying to make any money of of this, just wanting to help if I can.
As I move forward with this I will let you know what I think of it. If I think it may help someone else, I will surly share it. Hope you all have a great April!
